Eating, rolling and burying

Coprophagia is common, mostly harmless and very annoying. Rolling in poop is older than dogs. Cats bury for reasons that are half instinct and half politics. These guides explain the behavior and say when it is actually a health question.

Try it

If the behavior came with a change in the poop itself, run the vet check.

Heads up

PoopScout is not a vet. If your pet seems unwell, is a puppy or kitten with vomiting and diarrhea, has pale gums, or may have eaten something poisonous, call your vet or the nearest emergency animal hospital now.
